State Delivered Kindergarten has been offered at Burketown State School since 2022, providing the children of Burketown and surrounding committees with a quality start to their education journey. Here at Burketown State School we believe Kindergarten plays a vital role in supporting our community's youngest learners. We provide a safe, supportive, engaging and play-based learning environment, equipped with a qualified Early Childhood teacher and supportive teacher aides. Our quality program is in accordance with the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines (QKLG) curriculum and state legislative requirements.
